Cancellation of order

Unless the product you received is different from the one you ordered or the product is defective, the order cannot be cancelled after it is completed.
Considering the safety and fairness of the transaction, if any of the following fraudulent behaviors are found, we will cancel your order without further notice.
The same person has multiple accounts at the same address
The account name looks fake
The delivery address is an overseas transit center or an address that seems to be an overseas transit center
The phone number or mobile number is not a number that can contact you directly.
For bulk purchases of the same product or series, when we receive a large number of orders for the same product or series at one time, we may cancel your order according to company standards.

In general, we do not accept orders for cancellation, return or exchange for customer convenience.
