About changing the delivery address: In order to prevent problems such as wrong delivery, we will not be able to change the delivery address after the order is placed.
If you need to change the delivery address, please check the "Inquiry Number" of the delivery company from "Purchase Record" in My Page/Shipping Notification Email, and contact the delivery company to change the delivery address yourself.
If you are not at home when the product is delivered, the delivery company will leave a "delivery notice".
Please make sure to arrange your desired delivery date and time and receive your item within the courier's re-delivery period.
If you do not receive the product, it will be automatically returned to us.
Please note that unclear or incomplete addresses will be handled as above.
We will cancel the returned item at our discretion.
A cancellation fee of $40 will be charged plus return shipping.
We are unable to re-ship your order, so please place a new order on your own. Please note that we may not have the item you want in stock.
If you refuse to receive the courier or are absent for an extended period of time, we will take steps to restrict your use of the Popmarttoys online store. Please be aware of this in advance.
