Returns and Exchanges

  • Once an order is completed, it cannot be cancelled unless the product you received is different from the product you ordered or the product is defective.
    For customer convenience, we also cannot accept returns.
  • Please note that we cannot provide a refund if you return the product without contacting us or refuse to accept the product and cancel the return.
  • If the product you received is different from the product you ordered or the product is defective, please contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving the product.
    In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If we inspect the product and find that it is wrong or defective, we will replace it for you if it is in stock, and refund you if it is not in stock.
    Please note that even if the item is defective, we may refuse to replace it if it cannot be judged as "unused" according to our standards.
    *Novelty items cannot be returned or exchanged.
